Abstract: 

The TOURISIM as a privileged industry has important. Today travel for HEALTH is one of the important goals of tourism, so HEALTH tourism has rapid growth in few years. This study seeks to derive the “what” and “why” of the pattern of HEALTH Tourism Attraction model in Iran using qualitative research and drawing on symbolic philosophy. The main problem is that this research seeks to answer the scientific and systematic it is, this is a model to attract HEALTH tourism in Iran? What factors and elements that attract HEALTH tourism in Iran? What is the function of these factors? Accordingly, this study uses CLASSIC GROUNDED THEORY analysis and induction-based coding approach. The conclusions are emerged from 20 semi-structured field discourses through theoretical sampling and to reach the stage of saturation extract, and at the end of the Dell data HEALTH Tourism Attraction Model has been articulating. This model includes five dimensions: Therapeutic value, HEALTH promotion, Islamic HEALTH service and tourism attractive.

Abstract: 

In regard to the role of climate factors in tourism planning, determination of tourism climate index (TCI) is very important. To determine TCI, in Esfahan province the climatic normal of (1976-2005) meteorological synop station of Esfahan province provided by Iran Meteorological Organization data center were used. The TCI index includes seven factors: monthly mean of maximom temperature, mean of daily minimum RH, mean of monthly temperature, mean of daytime relative humidity, mean of daily precipitation of every month, mean of daily wind velocity in every month and mean of daily sunshine duration combined together.To calculate TCI, these parameters have been ranked according to TCI tables and figures and put in the GIS environment to make separate layers. At first we used DEM of the province as a base map to provide the above mentioned information layers. After weighting of these 5 information layers, we overlaid these information layers to make TCI Map. This map was reclassified into excellent to undesirable classes. The results show that May and October (with very good, excellent and ideal classes) are the best month for tourism. For March, April and Novamber the very good, excellent and Ideal are the main classes. TCI index during June, July and August show not suitable conditions for tourists. In December the north of province had the excellent and the south had unsuitable condition. January and February have the same climate conditions and during these months, north of province shows very good and excellent condition.

Abstract: 

Background: Entrepreneurship has important role in development and expansion of HEALTH tourism. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of faculty members on entrepreneurships in HEALTH tourism. Methods: This qualitative study was performed using the foundation data approach. Participants were selected via purposive sampling. Nineteen faculty members at Golestan University of MEDICAL Sciences were interviewed in 2020. The individual and semi-structured interviews were conducted and continued until data saturation was achieved. The data was analyzed based on the foundation data approach. Results: Based on the results, 554 primary codes, 56 sub-categories and nine main categories were obtained. The main categories included tourism laws and standards, HEALTH tourism beneficiaries, development of entrepreneurial strategies, facilitation of HEALTH tourism infrastructure, quality of HEALTH tourism services, Iran's tourist attractions, gaining competitive advantage, technology and modern knowledge, and entrepreneurial management. Conclusion: Based on the results, having an entrepreneurial approach in the field of HEALTH tourism can turn nursing and MEDICAL sciences capacities in the Golestan Province into prosperity.

Abstract: 

Setting up a pop-up retail meets a vast range of sales and marketing targets of FMCG businesses. The primary aim of this study is to provide a pattern of setting up FMCG pop-up retails. This is a fundamental applied study which addresses the design and drawing of setting up pop-up retails consequences using a qualitative method and relying on Glaser’ s CLASSIC GROUNDED THEORY besides open, axial and theoretical coding to analyze the data. The research data was collected using semi-structured, and semi-closed interview from 14 individuals including managers and the elite selected from FMCG businesses with benefit of purposive sampling until reaching theoretical saturation. Findings of the study indicate that consequence patterns of pop-up retails set up using Glaser’ s GROUNDED THEORY including 672 retrieved codes, 42 concepts and 6 categories (optimizing marketing strategic planning procedure, upgrading user’ s experience management, facilitating the access to marketing information database, developing brand’ s fundamental elements, accelerating transactional & exchange trends and advancing operational institutional-organizational strategies) were diagnosed and explained.

Abstract: 

No School Value As Much As Islam For Knowledge And Awareness, And Other Is No Religion Like Islam Has Not Forbidden Humans From The Danger Of Ignorance. Knowledge Management Is Not A New Concept And Is More Than The Result Of Old Civilizations Including The Islam Civilization And Iran. Many Philosophers Emphasize: Every Society Needs A Knowledge Collection That Appropriate To Historical and Cultural Memory, and In General, It Is Compatible With the Living Environment of the Community. In The Meantime, Islamic Countries Especially Iran Having A Special Philosophy Of Life And A Different Culture With Other Countries, They Need Their Own Theories. Despite The Many Studies That Have Been Done In Knowledge Management, Very Few Researches Have Focused On Knowledge Management With The Iranian Islamic Approach And There Was No Comprehensive And Credible Research In This Regard. This Led Researchers To Use The Qualitative Method And GROUNDED THEORY STRATEGY To Study And Investigation In The Area Referred To. The Purpose Of This Research Is To: Comparing Different Knowledge Management Models And Reviewing The Knowledge Management Cycle In The Management Literature And Islamic Resources, Finally Is Designed The Islamic Iranian Knowledge Management THEORY. Abstract: 

Multi-label classification aims at assigning more than one label to each instance. Many real-world multi-label classification tasks are high dimensional, leading to reduced performance of traditional classifiers. Feature selection is a common approach to tackle this issue by choosing prominent features. Multi-label feature selection is an NP-hard approach, and so far, some swarm intelligence-based strategies and have been proposed to find a near optimal solution within a reasonable time. In this paper, a hybrid intelligence algorithm based on the binary algorithm of particle swarm optimization and a novel local search STRATEGY has been proposed to select a set of prominent features. To this aim, features are divided into two categories based on the extension rate and the relationship between the output and the local search STRATEGY to increase the convergence speed. The first group features have more similarity to class and less similarity to other features, and the second is redundant and less relevant features. Accordingly, a local operator is added to the particle swarm optimization algorithm to reduce redundant features and keep relevant ones among each solution. The aim of this operator leads to enhance the convergence speed of the proposed algorithm compared to other algorithms presented in this field. Evaluation of the proposed solution and the proposed statistical test shows that the proposed approach improves different classification criteria of multi-label classification and outperforms other methods in most cases. Also in cases where achieving higher accuracy is more important than time, it is more appropriate to use this method.

Abstract: 

Tourism is a place-base phenomenon that may change place components of destinations and influence the sense of place of local residents. Whereas tourism industry success needs the support of the host community, host society must have positive perception, so this issue recently has drawn attention of the researchers. Therefor this paper intends to achieve understanding of tourism impacts on the sense of place in Lavasan as a case study. In order to achieve this goal, interpretivism paradigm, qualitative methodology and theoretical and Snowball Sampling were used and also GROUNDED THEORY was used for analyzing data. 36 people selected from host community for interviewing. Analysis of obtained concepts showed 21 concepts and 10 categories which led to the final GROUNDED model. Results show that rapid growth of tourism because of Lavasan specific location has changed place and perception of it’ s semantic dimensions especially symbolic, emotive and values meaning rapidly and has made the adaptability with troubles for residents. These matters in the context situations cause the negative reaction and attitude toward tourism and missing linkages with the place that overall has most negative impacts on the sense of place and consequently reduction of tourism support.
